It is a different experience here than San Diego for sure. I would have to say that in general there were more times that I was unsure who was handling what. My agent in San Diego never left any doubt about the fact that he would set up and take care of anything and everything. The listing agent seem to make things a bit harder. Not Ross's fault of course. Much more laid back here overall. Just takes some time to get used to.
